Something's Brewing

Light overtaken by darkness
Coal colored clouds moving slowly
Hovering just above the earth
Capturing a vision of turmoil,
Like struggle in our lives
Nature presents an answer for our malaise
Hurt comes as a bleak feeling
But as the clouds journey on
So can our pain.
Nothing remains in the universe forever
The clouds surrender to the light
As it pushes through and gains its power.
Whatever brews within us can be resolved
By looking to the sky and believing.
